We are looking for crew members who would like to grow with us! As a Planting Production Crew Member, you'll be a critical member of our team that helps maintain all the live plant material in our nursery. We compensate hard-working people!

Responsibilities

• Work and lead in a team to pick orders for customer pickup or delivery.

• Load orders onto company delivery trucks.

• Unload incoming plant plant material trucks and move items to the proper location

in the nursery.

• Plant Maintenance - care for live nursery stock including watering, fertilizing,

trimming, ect.

• Irrigation Repair

• Operate nursery equipment

• Help walk-in customers pick and load their orders

Qualifications

• This is a physical job working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Personable and friendly attitude

• Organized with the ability to multitask

• Attention to detail

• Although experience in the horticulture green industry is a plus, no previous

industry experience is required. We are willing to train the right person!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
