The responsibilities are to drive a forklift in a safe and responsible manner by moving product to and from specified locations and deliver them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Filling customer orders, checking and counting all products before loading into trucks.
• Ensure that all products are free of damage and infestation.
• Ensure the production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensures that the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications or other requirements.
• Safely and efficiently operate forklift or any other materials handling equipment as required.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive and dynamic, flexible and receptive to new ideas, down to earth and pragmatic, analytical driver and attentive to detail. He or she will also be capable of working independently in adherence to regulations, of managing stress and remaining calm under pressure. Will demonstrate an inquiring mind and well-developed observational skill. Will demonstrate a sense of responsibility and high professional standard, honesty, integrity, and objectivity. Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience

• Preferred standup and sitting forklift operation.

Skills/Abilities

• Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions and be able to identify variables within the process and make required adjustments.
• Must have some basic math skills.

Sign On Bonus & Pay:

• Starting hourly rate $23.19
• Shift differential of $1.50 or $3.00
• Weekend Premium $2.50
• Shift differentials paid based on the hours of work between 2 pm and 6 am daily. Weekend premium is paid for all hours worked Saturday or Sunday in addition to the shift differential and hourly rate.
• $5000 Sign on Bonus.
• Hiring Bonus $2500 paid after 90 days of employment and $2500 paid after 180 days months of employment.
