Our client is searching for a Solutions Architect to join the company Pharmacy team in Montgomery, AL for a 5 month contract. The ideal candidate will cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support. Once integrated you will then guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance.

In this role you will act as primary consultant for the client's solution troubleshooting, consultation and knowledge transfer.
You will resolve escalated problems and client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application. And you will be responsible for test script execution to prove the new system runs properly.
