Compensation: $23.96-26.66/hour (plus $0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish)
Hours: On-call, flexible, hours not guaranteed

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This on-call position is responsible for providing Reverse Mortgage counseling. This position works one-on-one via virtual appointments and maintains all file requirements for assigned clients. The number of work hours per week varies based in service demand. Schedule is flexible as work is pre-scheduled based upon a pre-agreed availability. Employee must live in Oregon.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 prior to start date
- HUD Housing Counselor Certification Required
- Reserve Mortgage Certification Required
- BA/ BS preferred
- Two or more years’ experience working in Banking, Finances, Human Services or Customer Relations required
- Previous experience in coaching or counseling preferred
- Previous experience with client management systems preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office) via testing
- Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment:
- -Satisfactory criminal background check including SAM.gov
- - Reliable internet access
- -A dedicated professional looking workspace for virtual meetings with privacy
- -Residency in the state of Oregon
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.96 - $26.66 per hour
