Please note: At least 3 years of Orthodontic and Management Experience is required for this position. Unqualified applicants will not be considered.

Job Summary:

We are a growing private orthodontic practice with several locations in Fresno and the greater Central Valley and we are now hiring an Orthodontic Office Manager. Must be an energetic individual with an upbeat personality who loves to smile and can help create a kind and caring environment for our patients and their families.

• Demonstrate leadership skills and foster a positive team-oriented environment
• Responsible for managing employees
• Oversee the patient experience for a positive visit from start to finish, including in-office visits to phone interactions
• Treatment coordinating with our Dr.
• Increase office revenue through efficient management, fostering an environment with excellent customer service, and innovative patient retention tactics

Requirements:

• Must have employee management experience
• Must have dental orthodontic front office experience
• Able to present financial arrangements
• Prefer bilingual Spanish and English
• Able to work some Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
