Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Sheltering Arms Institute, a collaboration with VCU Health combines inpatient beds from Sheltering Arms Hospital and VCU Health to create a multi-million dollar state-of-the-art destination hospital and is a leader in rehabilitation medicine throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We have a current opening for a Physical Therapist - Outpatient. This position provides coverage at our Chester Center and will be dividing their time between Outpatient Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation Services. The Industrial Rehabilitation Program provides the following services: Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE’s), Impairment Ratings (IRs), Work Hardening (WH) and Work Conditioning (WC) services to typically workman’s compensation clients. This program also provides Movement Tolerance Testing for those patients who are not covered by workman’s compensation. Experience in Industrial Rehabilitation is a plus, but we are also willing to train.) If you have or are eligible for a Virginia license, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
