Job Summary
Natran is seeking self-motivated door-to-door sales representatives with a fearless attitude, superior social skills, and an ability to overcome objections.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospecting new sales, door-to-door residential and commercial sales
- Minimum of 55% closer rate on reactive estimates with a yearly goal of 55%-65%.
- Minimum of 50% maintenance agreements closer rate
- Minimum of a 10% up-sell/cross sales closure rate with an annual goal of 10% - 15%.Minimum of 10 creative sells per rep, per month
- Increasing client base
- Customer retention
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 + years experience in the pest control industry
- 1 + years of sales experience
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and customer count.
- Superior social and communication skills with a strategic focus on the end goal
- Four-year college degree preferred, but not required.
