ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning has been in business for over 20 years. We are a growing and successful Disaster Restoration company that provides first-class service to businesses and homeowners throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island after a fire, water, or mold disaster.


We are seeking an experienced, motivated sales representative to help grow our business. The position requires strategic marketing and sales skills to build client relationships with local commercial property managers and homeowners. This role is responsible for providing emergency response assistance to potential customers experiencing a fire loss.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency fire loss calls; must have flexible availability
  • Successfully establish rapport with clients and display empathy during a fire or flood loss
  • Build network contacts with key decision-makers, including C-level executives within your assigned territory
  • Effectively manage accounts by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key information in customer relationship database
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Time Ratio: Road/travel - 80%, Office – 20% - travel within MA and RI

You will be responsible for executing sales activities including lead generation, direct sales calls, networking, follow-up, and lead nurturing. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, and has a proven record in sales. A background in business-to-business sales and marketing in the property management, retail, or service industry is preferred.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales and marketing experience
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record of building rapport and growing long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Record of meeting & exceeding quota at current and/or previous position
  • Drive to succeed while keeping the needs of the customer at the forefront
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, management, and organizational skills
  • Experience using computer programs and CRM/database program
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
