About the position: The Outside Sales Representative develops, cultivates, and grows new and
existing sales throughout the Cleveland and Akron/Canton areas. They will do so by providing a superior
standard of service to residential and commercial Business to Business prospects and customers while
building relationships, selling the value that Top Advantage offers and impacting their purchasing
decisions in a positive manner.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with Kitchen and Bath Dealers, Builders, Remodelers, and Interior Designers.
  • Strategeically plan and schedule sales calls.
  • Collect and update accurate information through the use of an internal CRM database.
  • Collaborate with suppliers' Manufacturing Representatives within the territory to insure the successful completion of active projects.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • A proven, customer focused, track record of successful selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation to work independently
  • Superior organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three years of successful, Business to Business experience
