Work as a Caregiver overnight and earn $17 per hour plus bonuses!

We are seeking individuals who are willing to work overnights, one on one, in the comfort of the client's home!

HCAN offers paid training to all caregivers, which will cover all of the following responsibilities.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with our clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship
• Follow a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and medication reminders
• Assist with non-medical hygiene and personal care (bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating)
• Monitor and report changes in physical and mental health behavior, and needs
• Ensure the client's home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place
• Assist with some light housework and meal preparation
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
• Mobility assistance may be required (helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair)
• Transport or escort the client to medical and other appointments/errands
• Position may include caring for clients with dementia

Caregiver Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Possess a valid driver's license and liability auto insurance coverage
• Have a professional and friendly attitude
• Enjoy spending time with seniors!
