FULL TIME EXPERIENCED Shift Supervisor- 10:30pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday $22.50/HR

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the service in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
- Meet all contractual/ budgeted scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime assuring that overtime and un-billable hours are minimized.
- Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts.
- Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations.
- Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel
- Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
- Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
- Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.
- Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
- Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
- Schedule and conduct formal and informal employee performance reviews.
- Develop / maintain operational procedures so that a valid, site-specific SOP and post orders are always available for emergency reference by the security staff.
- Assure that the site security operations procedures, post orders manual and Pass Down logs are maintained and regularly reviewed and updated. Assist in the production of updated SOP Manuals, Read Files, and site documentation. Assure communication of policies, company announcements and job openings through a consistently updated READ file at each site, keep all files current.
- Primary responsibility for scheduling & staffing of all locations.
- Communicate staffing needs via Requisition Form; assist recruiters in identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates.
- Conduct interviewing & hiring to standards, as needed. Knowledge of legal aspects of HR required. Manage open positions, cross-training and overtime.
