Jianna is seeking energetic, reliable, and professional Oyster Shuckers. The work is very fast paced and requires a high level of precision, speed, and focus. A polished, clean-shaven appearance is required.

The ideal candidate has experience as a line cook or garde manger or experience as an Oyster Shucker. Recent culinary graduates are encouraged to apply; we will train passionate and eager candidates.

The restaurant's extraordinary 40-foot signature bar invites guests to take a seat indoors or outdoors, and to enjoy freshly shucked oysters or indulge in the sliced to order Prosciutto di Parma. Jianna's mixologists are always ready to present a variety of interesting handcrafted cocktails, vibrant and crisp Proseccos, and a wine list that embraces the flavors of both Italy and the United States.
