Positions will start in July or August and end in November or December. Interviews will begin in June.

Pick Your Hours! Opportunities are available during the following shifts:

  • Weekday: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; Pay starts at $17.00
  • Weeknight: Monday-Friday 5:00 pm to 1:00 am; Pay starts at $17.50
  • Weekend: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; Pay starts at $19.00
  • Must be able to work a weekly reoccurring schedule of 20 or more hours per week.

Open Interviews will be held Thursday, June 8 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and Tuesday, June 13 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at H&H Color Lab located at 8906 E 67th ST, Raytown, MO 64133. Walk-ins are welcome. Come ready and prepared to interview!

H&H Color Lab is one of the largest single facility professional photography labs in the nation, engaged in both the high-end portrait and wedding market and the high-volume school, sports and events market. H&H is conveniently located in Raytown - only 15 minutes from Lee’s Summit and Independence!

Essential Job Duties:

  • Read and interpret customer requirements provided on the order form.
  • Retrieve prints, products and supplies from the appropriate areas.
  • Assemble picture packets by creating photo products and placing prints in envelopes per customer’s specifications.
  • Prepare package for shipment and invoice order.
  • Review the customer’s order and determine if they have processed the order properly.
  • Follow all established Standard Work procedures established by the Company.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation/work area.
  • Comply with all Company policies, rules, and instructions from supervisors or management.
  • Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety laws and all of H&H Color Lab’s safety policies and rules. Must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate management.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English at a level normally acquired through a high school education.
  • Must have the ability to work independently without close supervision.
  • Must be adaptable to change and continuous improvement.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize, organize, and plan work under own initiative.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of him/herself or others.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for an entire work shift.
  • Must have the ability to perform certain tasks on a repetitive basis including, but not limited to, carrying, standing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, walking, twisting, reaching, pulling and fine motor manipulation of the fingers and hands.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level.
  • Must be able to view a computer monitor for an entire work shift.
  • Must have the ability to withstand moderate exposure to fumes, chemicals, and noise from machines and equipment.
