Packager needed for a locally owned West Salem area screen printing company. We are seeking those that desire to become a permanent team member and can demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Packager Job Responsibilities:
- Complete packaging requirements and quality control.
- Meet quality goals and production expectations.
- Read prints and verify quality
- Basic math and problem solving skills
- Assist in the acquiring of materials for production if requested.
- Weed and inspect jobs.
- Meet quality goals and production expectations.

- This are a base set of responsibilities and are not all inclusive.
Other Requirements:
- Previous experience in screen printing, primarily with belt tending and packaging a plus. Will train the right candidate.
- Must be able to follow work orders and instructions
- Candidate should have a strong eye for detail
- Ability and desire to learn about pertinent equipment, materials and processes used in the manufacturing of company products.
