Job Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Card).
• Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure and time restraints.
• Detailed oriented, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Must be flexible with hours, during busy season and may work nights and weekends.
• Must be responsible, eager to learn, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be somewhat mechanical (able to replace machines belts, minor maintenance repairs).
• Ensure that every packing work order is being completed efficiently and accurately.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and accurate paperwork and documentation.
• Input, verify and update orders into inventory system (Famous).
• Investigate and troubleshoot any inventory issues/problems.
• Notify warehouse and sales team of new and or changing orders.
• Maintain a neat & clean packing facility.
• Provide necessary training and assistance to line employees as needed.
• Assist in the ordering of our packing line personnel and filing of all temporary help daily log sheets. Verify log in/out sheet to ensure they are accurate.
• Performs other duties and projects as needed by General Manager.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance on all packing/repacking equipment as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
