Since 2021, we have expanded our network to 1000+ brands, serving product recommendations to 50M+ shoppers & supporting $10B in e-commerce transactions.

In this role, you will specialize in Disco Audiences, our custom audiences product that allows merchants to leverage the power of the Disco Network and our machine learning to drive more efficiency in their paid social campaigns. You will work with and report to our Customer Success Lead and work with our stellar team of CSMs, sales reps, and support agents in order to build a world-class experience for our amazing customer brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with and manage a book of Audiences customers
  • Closely monitor and analyze performance and conduct outreach on any updates or adjustments between meetings
  • Collaborate with other members of the CS team to provide a cohesive customer experience across Disco offerings
  • Capture customer feedback and experience to inform product adjustments or updates
  • Support Sales in Audiences trials to continue growing our Audiences customer portfolio

You'd be great for this role if you have:

  • 1+ years of experience in managing paid social advertising campaigns (Meta experience is a requirement, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap and/or Google Ads experience is a plus)
  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem (ie CPA, CPMs, CTR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
  • Ability to assess and report on performance metrics in platform (both written and verbal)
  • Confidence in providing up-to-date, strategic recommendations for audience testing
  • Experience in providing optimizations for improving account performance
  • Verbal and written client communication experience and skills
  • Strong Excel skills as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Proactive mindset both internally and with customers
