Baptist Health & Rehab will pay for training and hire those individuals who meet caregiver criteria needed to be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). CNAs help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.

This training is FREE and you will be paid while you take the course too. Upon completion and certification from the state, participants will be hired to nursing assistant positions on our Baptist Health Care Center Campus.

This class will be taught through Bismarck State College. You can either choose to take it online (self-paced) or in-person (Monday through Friday, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm) for roughly 3 weeks. Most students are able to take the exam a week after the class.
