Caesars Digital is looking for someone with social media experience to join our Paid Social Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and other emerging platforms to build awareness and drive acquisition for Caesars Casino and World Series of Poker products.

This candidate will serve as the internal subject matter expert for all paid social media plans and performance reporting, while collaborating with creative, strategy, analytics, and field marketing teams. In this role, you will establish and lead relationships with key platform partners and manage media spends, budgeting, and invoicing.

The ideal candidate is passionate about advertising and is eager to leverage trends and insights to oversee paid social advertising campaigns that drive business growth. This position reports to the Paid Social Director and will work closely with our agency partners to implement campaigns and analyze campaign data. This position will also collaborate with the broader Marketing team to ensure success across the business.

Essential responsibilities and abilities

  • Develop and execute paid media plans for social campaigns across relevant social and digital platforms (spend, targeting and objectives)
  • Develop, execute, and test campaign variables to help inform future initiatives
  • Brainstorm and research targeting and copy ideas, including new betas and opportunities to innovate and evolve with platform partners
  • Keep up to date with the competitive landscape
  • Maintain and optimize campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
  • Develop, document, and implement media best practices and key learnings for Caesars Casino and World Series of Poker business units
  • Keep abreast of platform opportunities and develop POVs to communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders
  • Assist company-wide social media efforts and strategies to drive engagement, exposure, tune-in, and fan evangelism, in addition to providing support for all our priority products’ social media efforts
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of paid social marketing campaigns by tracking campaign response and providing feedback of findings with actionable recommendations for performance improvements across all social platforms.
  • Presentation of social marketing initiatives, research findings and campaign results to senior leadership
  • Help maintain relationships with internal operational departments and outside vendors to effectively develop all components of the marketing and advertising plan strategies
  • Self-starter, must be able to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Be ambitious and proactive, take initiative and seek out opportunities to learn and grow. Routinely look to improve services, processes, and strategies
  • You must successfully complete a background and drug screen

Knowledge and/or Skills Required

  • 4-6 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Advertising or Marketing Analytics
  • Experience managing over $1MM in growth marketing or direct response at a digital company or agency
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat Business Managers preferred
  • Strong data manipulation and advanced Excel skills required
  • Must be willing to support regular campaign optimization and reporting in addition to ad-hoc research
  • Must be able to deliver complete analysis from scratch
  • Strong presentation creation skills
  • Should be comfortable working with any level of leadership
  • Love and/or knowledge of gaming or poker a must
