Two Rivers Supervisory Union in Ludlow, VT is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as a 1:1 Para educator for a student with social and emotional needs.
We are looking for a team member who finds joy in playing with and caring for young children, has a positive attitude, and is patient and dependable. The candidate will need to demonstrate collaborative skills and a willingness to engage in new learning and problem solving as a member of the educational team.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able & willing to work 1:1 with a student. Successful candidates must be reliable, energetic and physically able to engage in the busy routines of an elementary school child and setting. Full time, hours will include meetings, consultations, etc.
You must be passionate about students and learning.
Background Check Required.
Candidates must be highly qualified with an Associate’s degree or higher, or by successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment and a High School Diploma.
