Responsibilities:
- Flexible hours - Monday - Friday and Weekends, Day and Evening Hours
- Greet and welcome guests and parkers
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and parkers
- Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests and parkers in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients
- Assist with directions, taxis, reservations, information about amenities of the facility and other inquiries as needed
- Maintain booth cleanliness by picking up trash, cleaning signage, and other general lot maintenance
- Responsible for money handling of a cash drawer and accountability of those funds
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Be proficient with mobile applications, hand-held electronic devices, and computers
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the day
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
- Must have a good work ethic and be a team player
