The Administrative Assistant will assist the Property Manager in effectively managing the administrative responsibilities at the property as well as ensuring the satisfaction of the residents and prospects.
Some Responsibilities include:
Administrative:
- Filing
- Preparing 7 days (folding and stuffing envelopes)
- Shredding
- Preparing move in packets
- Preparing application packets
- Shopping for events/wow fridge etc.
- Filling out/sending landlord verifications
- Checking voicemail & distributing messages to team
- Type welcome letters
- Type resident notices
- Typing renewal letters
- Monitor renter’s insurance
- Follow up calls on move ins (see how things are going/submit work orders)
- Run applications in Better NOI
- Prep application files and submit to Leasing Mgr for approval
- Log packages (make calls to residents during downtime
- Other duties as assigned
