Position Summary:

As an Influencer, you bring our brand to life everyday. Your goal as an influencer is to support your store by creating an AEO community using your social media to engage, interact, promote, and create a connection to your guest population. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. This unique role will give you the opportunity to earn exclusive discounts, work with Home Office directly to create a social presence and help grow our brand to reach new guests. Most of All, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work everyday.

Responsibilities:

• You’re a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage, with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, and you do so with a “friends first” mindset. (What’s the AEO Selling Model? Don’t worry- we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
• You’re passionate about AE & Aerie product! Guests come to you to educate them on product details and you are excited to make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You are engaged with your audience! You use social media to interact, comment, like, share, and create a digital community with your followers! Posting and creating content is something you do on a regular basis.
• You share the brand love! You’re eager to introduce guests to what AEO has to offer through the use of social media platforms and are continually looking for new ways to interact with them.
• You’re an innovative thinker! Creating new and engaging content is something you find exciting and fun! You are constantly looking at how to take something and make it your own through our own creative outlook.
• Your style is on-point! You have an individual style that AEO merchandise helps you create and are excited to share with others! You can’t wait to help other people create their own style by outfitting and suggesting merchandise relevant to their needs.
• You’re a time-management guru! You love having deadlines that are self managed, achievable, and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• You’re excited to help create the trend! You understand that social media “engagement rate”, “exits rate”, and “reach” are all within your control as an influencer and are eager to positively impact each metric.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Loves social media.
• Proficient with technology.
• Always up to date on the latest fashion trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with guests, sales leadership team, associates, and online presence.
• Demonstrates collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Available to work flexible schedule to include, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
