About the Role
This job entails answering phone calls for various office locations throughout our organization. Helping patients with concerns and calling patients to schedule their 6-month hygiene appointments.
Because this job takes about 1-2 months to be fully trained, we are looking for team members who are looking to stay long term, and grow within our company! We need people like you to create a strong patient experience.

- Contact and schedule appointments for our patients
- Answering incoming calls
- Navigate through multiple computer programs at a time
- Have a strong foundation for computer navigation skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Good telephone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
