Part-Time Front Desk Agent (16-32 hours per week available)

Come be a part of the Empeiria High Sierra Hotel team! The ideal candidate is reliable, responsible, has a friendly demeanor, and an eagerness to help our guests have an incredible mountain experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests during their stay
• Provide personal recommendations to guests for restaurants, attractions, outdoor recreation, and more
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and create guest reservations
• Resolve guest complaints and service requests as necessary
• Monitor upcoming arrivals, process payments, and ensure that night audit procedures have been completed
• Complete minor housekeeping tasks to ensure that the lobby is clean and that the gift shop is well-stocked
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
• Ensure the safety and security of hotel property and guests by conducting rounds and reporting issues or concerns to management
• Complete other administrative and guest services procedures as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience required
• Proficiency with computer/tablet programs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Weekend and evening (7:30AM - 3:30PM, 3:30PM - 11:30PM) availability required
