Innovative Physical Therapy and Fitness Center is looking for P/T Front Desk Receptionist in Edison, NJ office. We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team.

Availability: 9 am to 2 pm

• We NEED someone who CAN:
• Clearly and positively COMMUNICATE with team members, patients, and medical professionals.
• Willingness to LEARN from others as well as help others learn, both patients and team members alike.

Actively participate in PROBLEM SOLVING.

• PRIORITIZE through multiple tasks and see them through to completion.

Skills/Requirements

• Sapnish speaking is a must.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Communication and Phone Skills
• Microsoft/Excel
• Google Skills…including email, docs, calendar
• Detail oriented and good at multitasking several projects (people) at once
• scheduling and planning
• Organized
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Adaptable and works well with different personality types
• Professional correspondence
• Kind and Friendly – in person and on the phone

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients and staff must wear mask and our facility is equipped with FDA cleared Life Aire Biolite UV system that provides protection against COVID-19 and other harmful viruses round the clock 24/7

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
