NFC Amenity Management is currently accepting applicants for a part-time Spa Front Desk Attendant position at a spa in a luxury residential property in the Aventura, Miami Fl area.

Responsibilities of a Spa Attendant

• Must have a passion for elevated customer service
• Stand and greet each person as they enter/exit.
• Check‑in spa guest/members courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established spa requirements
• Provide information and assistance to all guest/members and visitors
• Organize and maintain work space.
• Enforce policies and procedures as set forth by the property.
• Must possess strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service by exceeding client's expectations and needs.
• Complete thorough, daily facility inspections.
• Effectively communicate operation malfunctions promptly to the Spa Manager in a timely manner.
• Assist in setting up locker rooms
• Helping other area of Spa when needed

Qualifications

• Must be willing to deliver the highest level of quality customer service (aggressive hospitality) to our clients.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong individual and team contributor.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and a people-person.
• Previous experience as spa attendant preferred.
• Comfortable being active on shift- walking, tidying up.
• Assist with laundry

Shifts: 20 Hours

Monday & Tuesday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Wednesday: 3:00 - 8:00pm / Sunday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm
