Job description

A wonderful family in Dallas, TX is in need of a part time household manager/housekeeper. The ideal candidate is someone who can take the lead, who is great with communication, can handle various projects, while working closely with the homeowners. Communication, professionalism and timeliness are very important for this role. They desire someone who will become a part of their family team and help the household run smoothly.

The anticipated schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm OR Monday-Friday from 9:00am-2:00pm. Pay is $25-$30/hour, based on experience. Family is offering paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick days as well as mileage reimbursement. Anticipated start day is 04/01/2023.

Duties include:

Ensuring the house is well cleaned (living spaces, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc)

Handle family laundry

Keeping up with vacuuming, mopping, and dusting

Occasional deep cleaning as needed

Track household inventory and purchase items on behalf of the family as needed

Organize and maintain the kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, linen & household closets

Household errands as needed

Occasional oversight of service providers as well as scheduling appointments

Candidate Requirements:

2+ years of household management/housekeeping experience

Consent to and pass a background check

Must have reliable transportation

Have 3 reliable work reference

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Must be comfortable with homeowners working from home

Must be comfortable with an outdoor dog

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
