We’re looking for a passionate, hardworking Line Cook (Part-time) to join our team at our new location. The Line Cook is responsible for working multiple stations under the direction of the Lead Line Cooks and Kitchen Manager.

Line cook job duties
- Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.

- Perform inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Who Are You?

• You're a dedicated worker with at least 1 year of experience working as a line cook.

• You’re an excellent communicator.
• You have a good foundation in kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
• You are passionate and professional.
• You love working hard and staying busy in the kitchen.
