Job description
Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a part-time Office Assistant, who is a customer-focused team player to work at our Fort Worth, TX Campus location. This candidate will support the Campus Manager and team members with daily campus activities. A superior work ethic, outstanding customer service skills, and exceptional multi-tasking abilities are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean campus environment during the day
- Straighten classrooms and campus break areas
- Attend, maintain, and restock coffee bar during the day
- Trash collection and removal for all campus areas
- Filing and shredding of campus documents
- Unpacking of book shipments and restocking shelves
- Make copies for staff and instructors
- Check-in office supply orders and restock items
- Assist with shipping packages and mailing letters
- Respond to any spills or cleaning items on campus
- Monitor for safety hazards inside and outside of building
- Assist Campus Manager with special projects

Work Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Hourly Compensation: $17.00
