Job Description

• Prepare, press and assemble, pizza doughs, sauces and toppings for daily production.
• Bake off pizzas as needed throughout meal period.
• Maintain safe temperatures throughout shift.
• Rotate, and properly store product at end of shift.
• Clean and sanitize work station.
• Complete daily production sheet and temp logs.
• Position works 2-8:00 Mon-Friday and every other weekend.

Required Qualifications

• Performs the duties in efficient manner, meeting the objectives and needs of Ashland University.
• Must follow State health and safety guidelines to insure safe food handling.

Preferred Qualifications
Detail oriented, able to multi-task with little or no supervision in a busy environment.

Physical Demands
Bending, lifting, standing for long periods. Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
