Job Description
- Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings needed for daily production.
- Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage and temp logs.
- Maintaining safe food temperatures throughout meal period.
- Rotation of product, clean up and sanitation of area during and after shift.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- Performs the duties in an efficient manner, meeting the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer.
- Following hygienic practices, maintaining personal cleanliness, and follow appropriate dress code.
Preferred Qualifications
Detail oriented, reliable as well as a self-started, able to work with little or no supervision.
Physical Demands
Bending, lifting, standing for long periods. Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
