CincyNanny is a local nanny agency working with families to hire long-term nannies and household managers. All jobs are listed on our jobs board at cincynanny.com.
We are accepting applications for multiple part-time positions and would love to interview qualified candidates. Nannies who meet the below requirement will make $20.00-28.00/hour based on their experience, education, & expertise.
Nanny Candidate Requirements:
- Must have significant professional childcare experience, minimum of 2 years as a working nanny, daycare provider, or teacher. We will reject candidates without this experience.
- Must fill out an extensive application and provide a professional resume including each job in the last 10 years.
- Must provide character and employer references
- Must have a clean driving record, background check & drug test.
- Must be CPR/First Aid certified prior to hire date
- Must be willing to take and pass the INA basic skills assessment
- Non-smoker
- There may be additional requirements as desired by the individual family hiring
Schedule:
20-32 hours over 2-3 days.

Families are looking to hire as early as NOW
Pay Range:
$20.00-28.00/hour, dependent on experience, education, and expertise. An overtime rate of time and a half goes into effect after 40 hours/week. Taxes will be withheld.
Benefits:
Typically a family will offer PTO days to be used for vacation, sick and personal days and paid holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day) as they fall on a nanny's work day. Families will usually guarantee pay, even in the case where the nanny is given unrequested time off, when the family vacations or ends a day early. The family will offer a professional development stipend for continued training. Healthcare stipend is negotiable.
