A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE / CASHIER

As a Retail Sales Associate / Cashier, you ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by greeting them as they come in and maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude. You help them find the parts and accessories they need to get out and ride. You listen carefully and provide answers. You prepare pick-up orders, attach price tags on merchandise as well as stock, organize, and clean storage areas. Using your creativity, you put together merchandising displays to attract interest and promote sales. With the goal of building customer loyalty, you follow up as necessary to ensure accurate service and satisfaction. When complaints or concerns arise, you address them with patience and empathy, bringing them to the attention of store management when necessary. With attention to detail, you receive payments by cash, check, credit card, vouchers, or automatic debits. You accurately issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due. You love meeting our customers and helping them get everything they need for a great ride!

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE / CASHIER QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills

PART-TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE / CASHIER WORK SCHEDULE

This position typically works under 30 hours/week Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
