Job description
We are currently in need of a Security Officer to provide security for our clients. The Security Officer will work with the security team to ensure that our clients' locations are safe and secure. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for patrolling outside and inside locations, ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations, and interacting with site visitors. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working with the public, are available during all shifts, and have a strong attention to detail.
DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, secure environment for equipment and personnel.
- Keep abreast of company rules, regulations, and safety procedures in order to prevent security breaches and injuries to staff and customers.
- Intervene with physical force if the situation requires it.
- Respond immediately to security breaches or customer emergencies.
