We recently acquired a decade+ old Custom Logo’d Apparel and Promotional Products small business and sells all types of Apparel, Corporate wear, Promotional Products for giveaways and brand promotions, Trade Shows Marketing Products, engraved Trophies, Medals, Awards etc.
We are currently seeking motivated Customer Service Professional to join our team with passion on serving our multi industry Customers. We find our success through service and looking for like-minded Customer Service Representative to serve end to end order process.
We have many Customers that require us to provide quotes on orders, confirm orders, coordinating and approving Proofs, coordinating with Decorators and Suppliers. This position will be required to answer phones calls from Customers and Suppliers, respond to all emails, faxes, phone calls and voice mails and provide exemplary Customer Service. This position is constantly working throughout the day and expected to be top level multi-tasker, able to convert inquiries to Orders, Upselling, and have excellent computer skills. Also, this person will be making soft calls to our existing or potential new Customers everyday.
We believe in ‘Customer is right!’. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person who can help us on handling the phone calls on-time and emails and create sale and upsell. This is 100% remote opportunity but we are looking for representatives ONLY who is willing to work long term with us which is a MUST.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Review Open Order daily report and proactively follow up on estimated ship dates, proof approvals, tracking numbers and communicate on both Customer side, Supplier or decorator side and make sure all Orders on Track.
· Review Estimates sent and unsent report and follow up every day on all unsent Estimates and once a week on all sent Estimates.
· Need to coordinate with Customers on any issues or delays with Orders ahead of time as we get to know.
· Respond and act on all emails, phone calls and faxes since you left the previous working day and throughout the Business hours. Our guideline to acknowledge every Customer email is 2 Business hours. If you are busy with something else, we need to acknowledge the requests that you will get back to them soon with response.
· Perform the daily and weekly tasks as per the list and follow the supervisor instructions and able to switch priorities as instructed and handle multi-tasking as needed and be flexible
· After Brandinghawk Order processing tasks in the day, need to make few calls/send emails a day (up to 20/day for existing Customers) to our existing Brandinghawk and Filing Business Customers and follow up with Phone call and email if there are any needs coming up and if they need any samples or catalogs.
· Review Dodge construction leads portal as per the instructions, enter data into excel and send emails (up to 50/day for prospective Customers)
· Manage all accounts receivables and payables primarily for Brandinghawk and secondary for Filing business and escalate if Customers are not responding or payments overdue.
· Act as a secondary resource to the Filing Business such as answering phone calls, follow up on those Orders as needed and enter Order or Customer data into the system.
· Maintain Product knowledge document and keep updating as we learn
· Create catalogs online by categories and create marketing flyers on weekly basis as data provided
· Work with Outside Sales Reps and support them on all backend work.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Excellent customer service and insights
· Listening well to our Customers no matter we agree or not
· Reasonable typing skills
· Experience using Microsoft Office products and Quickbooks
· 3 years of Experience in a customer support environment is preferred
· Able to handle multi-tasking and manage multiple orders throughout the day
· Able to work in-person at our Home Office in Naperville, IL area
· Must be able to complete the work in timely fashion and work extra hours as needed
· Must have clean work history
· Ask for help when needed and follow instructions all the times
· Must be able to manage all Business related tasks independently
· Oral and written communications, active listening to our Customers, maintain strong relationships with our Customers and internal team members
· Fluent in English speaking and preferred in Spanish speaking
Job Type: PART-TIME 4 to 6 hours/day and start and end timing during Business Hours can be little flexible
