R+L Carriers has immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative for the Transborder/Partner Relations dept. will provide Customer Service to our internal, and external customers. You will provide updated tracing information, scheduling customer pickups, as well as assisting customers with freight movement across the border, and custom clearance inquiries. You will be working in a fast paced environment that requires organizational and multi-tasking skills. You will assist customers via telephone, and or email, completing daily reports using Microsoft Excel, and or Word. All communication with customers will be updated using internal applications.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Strong Communication/Telephone Skills
- Motivated
- Computer and keyboard literate
- Data entry skills 30+ WPM
- General office and customer service experience
- Transportation knowledge a plus
