JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Primarily responsible for buying parts for stock items, repair service items and maintenance and operational items.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain inventory levels through Dynamics and CRM.
- Assign parts bought for specific repair units.
- Maintain inventory in parts room.
- Assure items are identified and stored in original, received condition.
- Maintain an orderly system for categorizing and storing repair units.
- Ability to procure components from multiple sourcing options.
- Develop new global relationships to enable Radwell to maintain the highest possible repair success rate.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
METRICS
To be determined by the company goal requirements, in accordance with the workflow of all units coming into “parts” from all areas for repair purposes. Parts must be purchased in a timely manor without letting units linger beyond their prescribed due dates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in industrial, electrical and electronic industries.
- Negotiation skills
- Detail oriented
- Computer literate

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One to Three years related experience and/or training
- Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Mostly sitting, occasional stooping and kneeling
- Frequent walking
- Occasional standing
- Occasional lifting requirements include lifting of up to 50 pounds
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
- Introductory Review - Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Quarterly reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
- Annual Reviews – Monthly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. All overtime is to be approved by the Manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a plant and inventory setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a plant and inventory setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed-toe shoes must be worn. Radwell ID Badge and Access cards must be worn at all times. Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to al all times.
