Parts Counter Sales - HVAC Distributor
Heating & Air Conditioning Parts Counter Person

Primary duties: Greeting customers, answering phones, looking up and researching part numbers, taking counter orders, expediting shipments, maintaining customer satisfaction, stocking shelves, inventory control, receiving and handling of inbound parts shipments, responding quickly to “no heat” and “emergency cooling” situations, working with our equipment sales staff to cultivate greater parts and supplies business from current and new customers

• Parts Counter Sales and Customer Service
• Help customers and support other parts counter staff
• Shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, supplies o Attention to detail - shipping the correct part

Secondary Duties: May be asked to help out in other areas in times of need

• Operating a forklift – indoors and outdoors
• Helping with Cycle Counts
• Occasional deliveries with company truck
• Occasional help with general maintenance (changing bulbs, drop ceiling tiles, moving furniture, file boxes, landscaping)

• HVAC industry is helpful, but not a deal breaker

Requirements:

• Applicant should be able to work legally in the USA and speak and write English fluently.
• Good eyesight, hearing and manual dexterity required.
• Ability to climb ladders. Should be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Qualified candidate will be eligible for advancement.
