Parts Sales Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of parts used in ag & turf equipment
- Solid computer skills - familiar with standard desktop applications, able to learn and navigate multiple industry specific programs, internet functions, and accuracy in data entry.
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills - in person, and by phone
- An understanding of general mechanical/technical terms.
Parts Sales Job Responsibilities:
- Selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
- Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
- Provide superior customer service offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
Parts Sales Compensation:
- Excellent salary plus commission
