The Parts Specialist looks up parts and fulfills orders to our shop and customers.
This position is first shift, and you can rely on a STEADY and COMPETITIVE income! This job will keep you busy, is full of variety and you’ll work with a team of fun people in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and vehicle information
- Handling parts payments through accurate billing
- Fulfills orders from stock
- Maintain weekly inventory spot checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
- Input orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Referring to parts manuals to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced
Qualifications
- No Dealership or Automotive experience required!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- ADP/CDK experience helpful
- Valid driver’s license
