Passenger Movement Travel Clerk

Position is contingent upon contract award

The responsibilities of the Passenger Movement Travel Clerk are performing all phases of passenger and port call movements within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside continental United States (OCONUS). Using the applicable documentation for the Defense Travel System (DTS), the Passenger Movement Travel Clerk conducts temporary change of station (TCS), permanent change of station (PCS), acts as victim advocates, casualty assistance, and conducts dependent movements. Passenger Movement Travel Clerks ensures accurate and complete documentation for all personnel authorized for passenger travel under the authority of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR), DoD 4500.9-R (DTR Part I), Defense Transportation Regulation, and AR 55-46, Travel To/From/Between Overseas Areas.

Individuals should possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
