This position will represent Japan Airlines (JAL) as a Passenger Service Representative at San Francisco International Airport by providing superb quality services to our passengers. Responsibilities include performing arrival/departure duties, check-in, escorting passengers, VIP, gate handling, VIP lounge handling and other necessary passenger handling. The position is full-time and offers competitive health and vacation benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in the airline passenger service handling is preferable
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Japanese language skill is preferable
- Knowledge in Amadeus Check In /Reservation system preferred
- Proficiency in MS office products such as Outlook, Word, & Excel
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa support available)
