Job description
Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton (OBWB) is seeking registered patent agents with 1-10 years of patent prosecution experience to join our dynamic and rapidly-growing team. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on patent prosecution experience and a USPTO Patent Agent Registration Number are required. Strong technical background and advanced university degree are required. Physical location is not important provided you are in the United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, permanent legal residents, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
Written Communication assessment MUST be completed in order to be considered for this position.
