Job description

The Patient Access Training Coordinator is responsible for establishing training programs for all employees with Patient Access roles/duties. Creates and maintains all documentation of training materials. Maintains training schedule for new hire training and continuing education of employees. Conducts baseline competency testing, post training competency testing, and new hire course training.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of teaching or training experience
