Job description

Working as a Patient Ambassador, you will serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team at a local hospital.

Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting with patients to gather feedback as it relates to the cleanliness of their room
• Assisting in developing and monitoring a patient satisfaction action plan
• Providing employee recognition when programs are successfully implemented
• Sharing feedback with housekeeping managers to resolve issues that do not meet standards to ensure patient expectations are being met

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience in an environment with high volume, in-person customer interaction
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
