About Us: Advanced Fertility Care is center of excellence, founded on high pregnancy success rates, cutting edge technology and warm, compassionate care for our patients. We offer the full array of fertility treatments, including insemination or intrauterine insemination (IUI) program (with partner or donor sperm), and assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures such as in-vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfer procedure (FET), and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and have helped hundreds of patients become parents.
We have three offices, thirty employees, three physicians, a lab, and surgery center. Our offices are located in Scottsdale (Shea & 101), Mesa (Alma School & 60), and Glendale (59th & Bell). The current opening is with our Mesa Office, but there will be occasional travel between the offices.
About the Job: Advanced Fertility Care is actively seeking an experienced Patient Care Navigator for a full-time job with our center. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday, 7:15-4:15 with a small amount of weekend work (around 4 weekends a year for a few hours). The job is 40-45 hours a week and also provides paid time off, medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Our office is completely electronic. Candidates must be able to type quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and interact with patients in person, by telephone, and via email/text
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality patient experience
- Utilize nAble EMR system to ensure patient records are up-to-date and secure
- Provide support to the team with other administrative tasks as necessary
- Create estimates using the current insurance verification
