We have partnered with a premier medical spa conveniently located in the Ladue-Frontenac area of St. Louis, in their search for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join the front desk team.
The clinic offers the widest breadth of aesthetic services in St Louis to help clients look and feel better about themselves while promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with booking and checking in clients for their appointments following practice protocols
- Educate and assist clients with retail purchases
- Enrolling clients in membership and loyalty programs
- Collecting payment for services and retail purchases
- Ensuring client documents are completed and entered into our client booking software
- Answer incoming and return outgoing phone calls to clients
- Assist with reviewing and distributing incoming faxes
- Provide excellent customer service to the clients of the practice
- Reconcile cash, check, and credit card collections on a daily basis
- Perform and assist with other duties and projects as assignedRe
Requirements
- Previous medical receptionist experience (prefer 1+ years)
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience
- Previous sales experience
- Comfortable working on a computer and managing a phone system
