As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for our patients. We are looking for individuals who represent Serenity's values in establishing positive and collaborative relationships with patients, professionals and fellow coworkers to deliver superior patient experience. You will be expected to proactively identify and support patients during their intake process and assist our established patients with their needs or requests.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Promptly respond to patients via telephone to support their needs and requests.
- Connect with and provide a positive experience for patients.
- Educate patients on services Serenity provides and answer any questions or concerns.
- Record patient information into our system and relay to appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Passionate about helping others.
- Call center experience or customer service support via telephone.
- Positive attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor, even through difficult conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as this is essential in providing support to our patients.
- Organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with various computer programs.

Office hours: Mon-Fri 6 am-8 pm, Sat 7 am-7 pm.
