Patrol Officer, Public Safety
StuyTown Property Services is responsible for taking care of the almost 28,000 residents that live in our community on the East River between 14th St. and 23rd St. We are focused on being both

Patrol Officer, Public Safety. If you are interested in

What you will do:
- Be an ambassador to the property while answering phones in the Command Center.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our team members and residents
- Build relationships with residents and the Public Safety team
- Conduct verticals, foot patrols, vehicle patrols throughout the property
- Assist residents with all sorts of things
- Respond to and de-escalate many different types of situations
- Represent the Public Safety department in a professional manner at all times
What you should have:
- Position Requires a valid Driver's License
- Position Requires a valid New York State security license
- A strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
- A belief that doing the right thing is the only option, no matter how difficult it might be
- Fanatical discipline and relentless desire to do what needs to be done
- A willingness to respond to emergency situations no matter the time of day
- A love for doing what others won’t and solving very difficult problems
- A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility
What we offer:

Base Hourly Rate: $18.50
