Job description
We are looking to add Pavement Marking Technicians – Short line to join our growing busy team. If you are interested in working for a family-owned business that cares about its employees, then this is the place for you. We are willing to train anyone with a good attitude who is willing to learn. Positions are full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime. Starting wages range from $15-$18/hour depending on experience and attitude.
- During the summer months (busy season) our Pavement Marking Technicians will work 50+ hours a week. Start time will remain at 6:00 A.M. and end time in undetermined as some projects may take longer than the average 8 hour day. Although day to day tasks vary, you can expect to-
- Assist in airport striping
- Use string lines and measuring tapes for accuracy
- Assist in parking lot striping
- Learn a specific paint trade – MMA, paint, epoxy
- Assist in hand work road striping (turn arrows, “only”, etc.)
*You will be expected to go out of town occasionally*

- Valid Driver’s License
